This data is accessible only to authorized staff members directly involved in your training and is never sold to third parties. We may use de-identified, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) for internal program analytics.

You may be required to complete a health intake form or waiver before participating in certain activities. This is a safety measure and the information is kept confidential.

Our facility uses security cameras in common areas for the safety of our members and staff. Footage is retained for a limited period and is not shared publicly.

If we wish to photograph or film you for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes, we will obtain your explicit written consent beforehand. You have the right to decline without any impact on your membership or services.

Members who choose to share transformation photos, testimonials, or progress videos consent to us using that content on our website and social media platforms unless they specify otherwise in writing.

We collect payment card information, billing address, and transaction history to process membership fees and service payments. Payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems. Our payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and security standards. We encourage you to review those policies when making payments.

We retain billing records as required by law and for dispute resolution purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, scheduling software, email services), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.

We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal, financial, and contractual obligations.

• Membership and contact records: 7 years after termination
• Health and fitness intake forms: Duration of membership plus 5 years
• Payment and billing records: 7 years as required by tax law
• Security camera footage: 30–60 days unless needed for an investigation
• Marketing photos/videos: Until consent is withdrawn

After the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

For members between the ages of 13 and 17, we require a parent or legal guardian to sign all membership agreements and health intake forms on their behalf. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include secure data storage, access controls, and staff training on data privacy.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable Michigan and federal law.
